I'm a police officer in Alabama and I carry a Springfield 1911-A1 stainless steel. My sons got me a set of the pearl grips for my weapon and they look GREAT. Now my retired chief is going to inlay my badge in the grips. You would not believe the people that have commented on my weapon. As soon as the grips are finished I will be sending you a photo.
