The Kimber Solo is very small, and very slippery. I couldn't get enough grip on the little handgun to rack the slide. It almost flew out of my hands a few times while firing it.

The smallest Hogue grip sleeve fit perfectly. I now get a secure grip so that working the slide is no longer a problem. And it still stays in my hand during firing, despite the hefty recoil and slippery finish.

The grip sleeve is what made the Solo into a practical carry piece for me.
