Hogue Grips will do everything within reason to assure a happy customer. If you ever have a problem please do not hesitate to contact us. Hogue Grips values your business very much and welcomes any input on how to serve you better. Write us; it's rewarding to read the good, and helpful to read the bad (not that we ever get any bad!).
Hogue Grips as a general policy will (among other things):
- Refund your money. If you are not satisfied with a Hogue product purchased from us, for any reason, return it to us within 30 days.
- Promptly replace any defective Hogue product or one mistakenly ordered wrong.
- Promptly replace any Hogue product that may be damaged inadvertently within 30 days of your purchase.
- Replace any missing hardware free of charge even if you lost it.
- Provide technical advice and help as needed.
All Hogue Products are supplied with appropriate hardware and complete installation instructions when needed.

Shipping and Handling Fees:
Please allow 48 business hours to process your order. Business hours are 9-5 PST/PDT, M-F.
For domestic shipments, we suggest selecting USPS Priority Mail for most items. However, we suggest selecting UPS for shipments of wood grips. UPS shipments are automatically insured and they have an excellent tracking service. You must provide a street address for UPS shipments, they will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
UPS is not available for Overseas shipments!
All USPS and UPS shipping fees are calculated based on the USPS and UPS websites from California area code 93446.

For Reference: A single ready to ship grip weighs approximately 1lb. and is packaged in a box approximately 4"x4"x9" in size.
Delivery:
We ship most items from stock within two days. Normally the most popular wood and Extreme™ Series grip styles are in stock. But because of the many variations available, many wood and Extreme™ Series grips are made to order and shipped within 45 days. Special order woods are available according to the supply of wood, and depending on our supply, delivery of special woods may take several months. We strive to provide the exact wood grip you want in a reasonable amount of time. If you are in a hurry we may be able to substitute a similar style, wood or option and ship immediately from stock. Please enter "O.K. to substitute wood or options" in the order comments area during checkout or call in your order to find out what is in stock at the time. Long gun stocks are normally in stock with the exception of colors and Camouflage. The most popular models are normally kept in stock but they may be made to order, which is normally within 45 days.
